I know this is an old video, but the information is still relevant so I'm commenting on it... I'm confused how a turbo can "flow more air than the engine can ingest". That's exactly how a turbo is supposed to work isn't it? Because pushing more air than the engine can ingest is how boost pressure is created... So "flowing more air than the engine can ingest" should just mean the boost pressure increases until the wastegate opens up.

I can't trust this guy when he says ball bearing turbos have fewer moving parts. Those balls move!? Journal bearings have been said to be more durable though.
